Adam Grimm is the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at KIHOMAC in Reston, VA. As President and COO, he is responsible for all aspects of KIHOMAC’s daily operations and 400+ employees executing $70M+ in contracts annually providing full spectrum manufacturing, development, services and sustainment to Defense, Federal and commercial customers at locations across the United States, including a major manufacturing site in Layton, UT. Mr. Grimm graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and earned his MBA at Syracuse University. He has held leadership positions at all levels in industry, including profit and loss responsibility as a line Vice President; Director; Program Manager; and Engineer. Mr. Grimm is an Air Force veteran with experience as both an aircraft maintenance officer and acquisition officer and deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
