Mr. Brett Christensen is the Chief for the Enhanced Use Lease Office, 75th Air Base Wing, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. He manages a small office of project management and real estate professionals tasked with supporting and developing EULs. He is responsible for the Falcon Hill EUL and works to facilitate progress on this project and manages what In Kind compensation the Air Force is to receive. He advises the commander on all EUL components and acts as a subject matter expert for any real estate development items that arise for the base.
